The last shipping date for Christmas delivery to Mainland UK is Wednesday 23rd December.
We recommend that for orders placed after 1pm on Monday 21st December you use Next Day Delivery (£9.95) to guarantee you will receive the delivery in time for Christmas. All Next Day Delivery orders will be shipped using Parcel Force using their Next Day delivery option.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and other areas classed as remote or outlying by Parcel Force, we would recommend allowing up to 3 working days for delivery of your item. You may still use the Next Day delivery option, and we will process your despatch through our system as a priority, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time taken by Parcel Force.
All deliveries require a signature; please ensure that you are available to sign for the item when it is delivered. We are able to deliver to an address which is different to the address your card is registered to, so that someone can be available to sign for the package.
For most UK Mainland addresses:
- Orders placed before 3.00pm 22nd December will be delivered on 23rd or 24th December.
- Orders placed before 1.00pm 23rd December with Next Day Delivery will be delivered on 24th December.
- Orders placed before 1.00pm 30th December will be delivered Monday 4th January (except Scotland)
Normal shipping schedules resume on Monday 4th January.

An express service may be available, please ring or email our sales team to check availability and prices. If your country has not been listed the delivery cost for your order will be worked out on an individual basis. You can either contact the customer service team or when ordering online please select Zone 5 delivery and we will adjust the cost and confirm it with you before your order is despatched.
Within the UK, we use DHL and Parcel Force as our shipping agents. We have used them both for over 3 years and their record is very good. They have proved more reliable than many and a particular benefit is the ability to track parcels through their on-line service.
For non UK deliveries, we generally use DHL, Parcel Force or FedEx dependant on their speciality in the country concerned.
The despatch date and time of orders will be confirmed by email - please contact us if you haven't received the goods within the time period stated.
