We are able to guarantee Christmas delivery for all orders placed before 15:00pm on Thursday 22nd December. (Subject to stock availability).
Please ensure however you select the 'Next Day Delivery' option during the checkout process.
After Christmas weekend the next despatch date will be Thursday 29th December for delivery on or after the 30th December.
Our delivery policy returns to normal on Tuesday 3rd January 2011.

At Buy Digital Radio a delivery charge of £4.95 applies to all UK mainland deliveries. Channel Island deliveries will be charged at £9.95. Standard delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland is 3-5 working days. We do deliver to Europe and overseas, standard delivery charges are:

An express service may be available, please ring or email our sales team to check availability and prices. If your country has not been listed the delivery cost for your order will be worked out on an individual basis. You can either contact the customer service team or when ordering online please select Zone 5 delivery and we will adjust the cost and confirm it with you before your order is despatched.
Within the UK, we use DHL and Parcel Force as our shipping agents. We have used them both for over 3 years and their record is very good. They have proved more reliable than many and a particular benefit is the ability to track parcels through their on-line service.
For non UK deliveries, we generally use DHL, Parcel Force or FedEx dependant on their speciality in the country concerned.
The despatch date and time of orders will be confirmed by email - please contact us if you haven't received the goods within the time period stated.
