You get what you pay for. "Well,The bad bits first. One,it's made from MDF. Two, it's not real leather. Three, it's not the quality that Roberts radios used to be when they were made in England (it suspiciously doesn't state on the box or the radio where it's made, but I have a suspicion that it's somewhere more Easterly than Dover).
HOWEVER, this is a lovely bit of kit. It sounds wonderful, looks and oozes charm, and is well worth the money. Very easy to use, very easy to become fond of. Just wish it was £250 (I'm skint but love decent things), then it would be made from the materials it should be." |

HAPPY AGAIN "This is the second roberts revival radio I have bought from here and yet again I was thrilled with the service.....easy straightforward transaction, confirmation e mail and delivery within 24hrs (well packed as well).
Roberts radios are SO easy to use, put in your batteries or attach to mains and you are ready. Batteries last a long time if you buy quality batteries." |
