If you want a kitchen radio that can handle the odd splash or splatter then Sony have created the XDR-S10DAB. With it's wipeable finish you can have it close to where you actually cook and really make the most of the DAB Digital Radio and the kitchen timer feature.
This is Sony's first dedicated kitchen radio and it has been built with both style and function in mind. It's contemporary design means it will look good in any modern kitchen and you can keep it looking good thanks the wipeable finish. The bright two line LED display makes it easy to see the extra information offered by most DAB Digital Radio Stations. However this display has been designed to be clear even when the sun streams through the kitchen windows. Add to this a useful kitchen timer so you can be sure you won't burn the dinner should you get lost in what you're listening to and there's not much more you could wish for.

However Sony have added a reassuringly traditional rotary dial allows you to increase and decrease the volume to the stereo speakers with ease. There's a headphone socket for when you want to keep the entertainment to yourself, and there are 10 station presets on both the DAB and FM tuner making it even easier to use when your hands are busy around the kitchen.
