Horizon Solo…it's the first compact DAB/FM radio offering you placement flexibility thanks to an innovative rotating control dial that allows you to place the radio vertically or horizontally! Place Solo sideways on a shelf or desk. Stand it up on a kitchen counter or bedside table.
The Horizon Solo comes out of the box ready to use with the DAB/FM antenna connected. Once you've plugged it in you'll find it very easy to use as most of the Horizon Solo functions are operated by the three controls on the front panel.
A precision tuner locks in distant radio stations which you can store in one of the 20 station presets. It has two independent alarm settings which allows you to wake to a tone, music or both. But whichever you choose they both have the benefit of starting at a low volume level that gently increases. If you want to sleep a while longer after the alarm sounds you can use Boston's innovative S-n-o-o-o-o-o-z-e bar, a touch-sensitive outer rim that you can’t miss, even when you're half asleep.
An advanced full range driver with Boston's patented BassTrac audio processing delivers rich, clean bass at all listening levels, so Wherever and however you use it, the sound is large, deep and satisfying.
